Demonstration – The demonstration will be given by Gert Griff, who specialises in portraiture using charcoal and pencil.

Demonstration – The demonstration will be given by Luke Adam Sinclair, who specialises in art supplies.

Note that, because of Fathers’ Day, the meeting is on the second Sunday, a week later than normal.

This month’s demonstration is a bit different, as Luke will display a range of art products and explain their uses.

Demonstration – The demonstration will be given by Amanda Ruck, a local artist, who will demonstrate a range of techniques for working with Acrylic.

Amanda is a highly-qualified and very experienced artist and teacher. She graduated from the Canberra School of Art in 1988 with a Bachelor of Art (Visual) in Printmaking. After teaching Lithography at the School of  Art, she moved to Melbourne. When her focus shifted to landscapes, particularly clouds, she decided to move to the Yarra Valley. Her technique has changed over time, evolving from printmaking, cutting and pasting, using collage, ink, and pastel to her current painting with acrylic on canvas.

Agenda – This meeting is the Annual General Meeting, at which reports for the past year’s activities will be tabled and election of officers for the next 12 months will be conducted.
